If ever there was a mini-me with a love for fashion, decor, and party-planning, Anna Berkley is it! She hand-picked the theme for her birthday this year, and was so excited to help with every last detail.
My dear friend, Laurie at LB Originals asked if she could design invites and paper goods for her main girl's birthday, and AB was so excited with what she came up with!!
We decorated my parent's pool house with everything pink and girly and then served s'mores ingredients of all kinds, along with snacks and a halfway-homemade birthday cake, that the girls LOVED! For the cake, I bought a chocolate cake from the local grocery store bakery and added graham cracker edges, "glued" with marshmellow creme, and topped with marshmellows and chocolate drizzle. Easy!
AB wanted a sleepover with all her besties, and I thought a "glamping" theme would be perfect! I had the idea for all the little A-frame tents lined up, but usually this is where my grandpa would step in and make it happen. I am so thankful for some close friends who stepped up and made these happen for us! I bought the fabric and made the cute fringe garland to drape across, and the girls loved these!
Overall, we had the best little party to celebrate my big 8 year old! Again, a HUGE thank you to the lady with all the best gift ideas, LB Originals, for helping make this cutie's party a success!
This party was S'more Fun! Thanks for tagging along for the details. Until next time, Sidekicks!
