Pizza Chicken With A Side Of Spaghetti Squash

This recipe is so simple and quick to make! It only takes a few ingredients that you probably already have on hand!


-Boneless skinless chicken breast sliced butterfly style

-Mozzarella cheese (best if freshly sliced)


-Marinara sauce

-Italian Seasoning

-Salt and Pepper


-Grease a 9x13 baking dish and place chicken in a single layer.

-Put mozzarella cheese and pepperonis between the butterflied chicken breasts.

-On top of the chicken, layer cheese and pepperonis again.

-Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and pour

-Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

We love this dish paired with spaghetti squash. It is a noodle alternative that resembles the same texture, yet has a lot fewer carbs.




-Olive oil

-Mozzarella cheese

-Salt and Pepper


-Halve a squash and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper on top.

-Place in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.

-When tender, shred into a noodle texture with a fork and put in casserole dish with butter and sprinkle cheese on top.

-Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
